Jeo Nampa Makphed Jalapeño
2-3 Jalapeño peppers
3-4 Tablespoon of fish sauce (3 crab brand fish sauce)
2-3 Pinch of sugar (up to your taste buds)
½ Lime or Lemon (up to your taste buds)
Slice the jalapeño peppers into small round pieces and put them into a small ceramic bowl. Then pour 3-4 tablespoon of fish sauce into the bowl. Add 2-3 pinch of sugar. Finally, squeeze half of a lime or a lemon into the bowl too. Stir all the ingredients together and let it sits for a few minutes. Serve with any dish that you desire. Dunk your sticky rice or your favorite drumstick in!
